*Delivering customized training regarding workplace issues
*Exhibiting professionalism in all aspects of the workplace ministry
*Maintaining confidentiality unless there is a safety concern
*Consulting with management about workplace & personal issues, customizing a plan of action

The workplace chaplain ministers to employees by:

 

*Talking privately about personal work-life concerns during weekly on-site visits *Delivering customized training regarding workplace issues *Scheduling off-site meeitngs, phone/video calls, or emails as needed and appropriate *Directing to community resources that will assist in the resolution of issues of concern *Providing additional information on ministry website *Exhibiting professionalism in all aspects of the workplace ministry *Maintaining confidentiality unless there is a saftey concern *Offering the assistance on a voluntary basis as chosen by each employee *Being available 24/7 by phone after hours and weekends for urgent situations. Assessment and referrals for crisis medical attention may be made at that time *Making visits to hospitals and care facilities as requested, arranging any necessary assistance
